12:00 Noon on Prime Meridian

The Prime Meridian, where all time zones in the world are referenced, runs from Greenwich, London and up through the east coast of the UK. The location for this project was near March in Cambridgeshire. The camera and the mirror were placed on this meridian with the mirror aligned to reflect sunlight into the lens as the sun passed overhead at midday. When the sun is at its highest point exactly above the Prime Meridian, it is 12.00 noon at Greenwich.
